General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between WachstumsWerk GmbH and the users of our digital platform.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all digital services, apps, and platforms provided by WachstumsWerk GmbH. Deviating conditions of the user are not recognized unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

2. Subject of Contract

WachstumsWerk GmbH provides a digital platform for pedagogical support and development assistance. The core is the SociAI Engine, which provides adaptive impulses and methods based on systemic frameworks.

3. Conclusion of Contract & Registration

By completing the registration process (via access code or direct booking), a user contract is concluded. Use is restricted to persons over 18 or with the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Prices & Payment

The prices of our Growth-Packages are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation is possible at the end of each billing period.

5. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

WachstumsWerk GmbH grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the platform for private purposes. All contents, especially the SociAI Engine and the Growth-Net models, remain the intellectual property of WachstumsWerk GmbH.

6. Data Privacy

Data processing is carried out strictly according to the GDPR. Sensitive pedagogical data is specially protected and encrypted.

7. Liability

WachstumsWerk GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical contractual, foreseeable damages.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as permissible, Stuttgart.
